Job Description
The primary role is to ensure proper facility and equipment maintenance, repair, and fabrication within the facility and to ensure timely production of high- quality products in a cost efficient, safe and environmentally responsible manner. The job requires technical and problem-solving skills.

- Associate/Technical Degree in an industrial maintenance related field or 3 or more years related industrial maintenance experience.
- Ability to effectively function independently and make complicated decisions for maintenance equipment repairs.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously and keep multiple jobs in controlled motion.
- Must possess a strong mechanical ability.
- Execute routine, preventive, emergency and critical priority jobs in a timely manner.
- Execute first-time repair quality in an accurate, efficient, and effective manner to eliminate rework. Perform quality checks of executed work and utilize continuous improvement.
- Must have working knowledge of single and three (3) phase industrial electricity and machine repair.
- Must have experience with automated control systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems to include troubleshooting.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, mechanical assembly and other equipment drawings and diagrams.
- Working knowledge of fabrication, installation, and removal of threaded, flanged and compression piping systems.
- Must have experience with rotating equipment troubleshooting, repair and rebuilds including bearing, packing, and seal replacement.
- Must have working knowledge of troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of manual and actuated valves.
- Must have basic machining and fabrication experience.
- Able to work a day or night shift as assigned.
